Privacy Policy

MyFantasyIQ collects only the information needed to configure and support a customer dashboard.

• Customer setup information may include name, email, ESPN league ID, team ID, season, league name, league settings, draft state, and support notes.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe. MyFantasyIQ does not store card numbers.
• ESPN league data may be fetched from ESPN public league endpoints for league setup, scoring, roster, and schedule-related context.
• MyFantasyIQ may store league IDs, team IDs, league settings, schedule analysis, roster snapshots, and support notes needed to operate customer dashboards.
• MyFantasyIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN.
• We use account cookies for secure sign-in and may store operational logs for setup, login, sync, email, and payment troubleshooting.
• We keep setup and support data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, fraud prevention, tax, legal, and support records.
• You can request deletion or correction by emailing support@myfantasyiq.com. Some billing records may need to be retained where required.
• Support emails may be handled by an email provider. Payment status and invoice details may be referenced through Stripe.
• If we identify a security incident affecting customer data, we will use the checkout or account email to provide relevant notice.
