Refund Policy

MyFantasyIQ is a self-serve annual dashboard subscription for fantasy football software.

• If ESPN public access cannot read the league profile and setup has not been completed, a refund may be requested before dashboard use.
• After a dashboard is saved and used, refunds are handled case by case.
• Renewal cancellation requests should be sent to support@myfantasyiq.com before the renewal date shown in Stripe or your setup email.
• Legacy $25/year subscriptions remain supported for existing subscribers, but new purchases use the current $30/year Season Pass.
• Additional-league add-ons are refundable before the extra league profile is saved or used.
• MyFantasyIQ subscriptions do not include league buy-ins, prize pools, side bets, payouts, or winnings.
